EZPaynote is a feature of NatPay’s ACH Direct Deposit services that provides FREE pay notifications to employees letting them know that their pay is on its way.

EZPaynote is already built in to, and is ready to use once each employee signs up. It’s that easy!

EZPaynote is employee administered and managed which provides a simple and effective way for employers to reduce paper pay statement production and distribution.

Employers do not have to provide any employee email information or process their payroll differently.

Signup Instructions

  1. Point your web browser to:
  2. Click the Create An Account button.
  3. Enter the requested information. Users will need: the date and amount of their last pay deposit, as well their bank account and routing numbers to complete the signup process.
  4. Click the Sign Up button to continue.

After registering successfully, you will be logged into EZPaynote. To make changes to your account, or see other information, click the hamburger menu found at the top left of the screen to reveal the menu options.

  1.  Point your web browser to:
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click the Sign In button to continue.
